Welcome to MykonosAll. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile application, and concierge services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. About MykonosAll
MykonosAll is a luxury concierge service based in Mykonos, Greece. We act as an intermediary between you (the "Client") and third-party service providers including, but not limited to, accommodation providers, restaurants, beach clubs, transfer operators, yacht companies, and entertainment venues (collectively, "Partners").
2. Services We Provide
MykonosAll offers the following services through our platform:
- ✦Trip planning and itinerary curation
- ✦Accommodation reservations (villas, hotels, and private estates)
- ✦Restaurant, beach club, and nightlife reservations
- ✦Private transfers (cars, helicopters, yachts, and jets)
- ✦Lifestyle and wellness experiences
- ✦24/7 on-island concierge support during your stay
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. When doing so, you agree to:
- ✦Provide accurate and complete information
- ✦Keep your login credentials confidential and secure
- ✦Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
- ✦Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.
4. Bookings & Reservations
4.1 Role of MykonosAll
MykonosAll acts as a facilitator and concierge agent. We coordinate bookings on your behalf with our Partners. The contractual relationship for each service is between you and the respective Partner. We are not the provider of accommodation, transport, dining, or entertainment services.
4.2 Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only when you receive explicit confirmation from MykonosAll (via email, in-app notification, or direct communication). Submitting a request does not guarantee availability.
4.3 Pricing
Prices quoted are indicative and may be subject to change based on availability, season, and Partner pricing. Final pricing will be confirmed before any booking is finalised. All prices are in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated. Service fees or commissions charged by MykonosAll, if applicable, will be disclosed transparently before you confirm.
4.4 Payment
Payment terms vary by service and Partner. Some services may require advance payment or a deposit. Payment is made directly to the Partner or through MykonosAll as an intermediary, depending on the arrangement. MykonosAll is not responsible for payment disputes between you and our Partners.
5. Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation and modification policies are determined by each Partner and vary by service type. Generally:
- ✦Cancellations should be communicated to us as early as possible
- ✦Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees as per the Partner's policy
- ✦We will make every effort to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee them
- ✦Refund eligibility depends on the specific Partner's cancellation terms
MykonosAll is not liable for cancellation fees imposed by Partners. We will always communicate the relevant cancellation policy before confirming a booking.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Third-Party Services
MykonosAll is not liable for the quality, safety, legality, or any other aspect of services provided by our Partners. This includes, without limitation, accommodation conditions, food quality, transport safety, or event experiences. Any disputes regarding Partner services should be raised directly with the Partner, though we will assist where possible.
6.2 Website Availability
We strive to keep our platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by temporary unavailability of the website or app.
6.3 Maximum Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MykonosAll's total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to MykonosAll (not to Partners) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, design, and software — is the property of MykonosAll or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent. The MykonosAll name, logo, and branding are trademarks of MykonosAll. Venue images and descriptions may be the property of our Partners and are used with permission.
8. Acceptable Use
When using our services, you agree not to:
- ✦Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- ✦Provide false or misleading information
- ✦Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
- ✦Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
- ✦Scrape, harvest, or collect data from our platform without consent
9. Force Majeure
MykonosAll shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, government actions, strikes, civil unrest, transportation disruptions, or any other force majeure event. In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to find alternative arrangements.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece) and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Syros, Cyclades, Greece. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under EU law.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
